Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is available on a private basis.  Yoga Therapy has been used to treat illnesses and conditions including insomnia, depression, anxiety, arthritis, chronic pain, injuries, digestive issues, immune deficiencies and allergies to name a few.  Yoga Therapy is a gentle yet effective method to treating such problems.  Yoga therapy consists of prescribed postures, breathing techniques, meditation and restorative yoga.  The aim of yoga therapy is to give one the tools to be able to recognize our bodies needs and to be able to self heal.  We would hope in a very short time clients will join a regular yoga class.
